Nail down application on or above grade applications on dry plywood sub-floors, minimum 5/8" thickness. Use a 1/2" mechanical nailing device with 1 1/4" cleats. Use a 1/2" adapter plate to ensure proper nail placement. Complete installation instructions included in each package or download PDF file below.
