Installation Process
Visit Our Showroom
We highly recommend that our clients take the first step by visiting our extensive showroom. Let one of our flooring consultants guide you in selecting a product that would be suitable for your project. We offer a vast array of options, it’s easier to select and see them in person.
Site Visit & Estimate
After confirming product selection and supplier availability, we will have an estimator to visit your home to measure, provide guidance and further understand the scope of project. Our quotes provide itemized details, ensuring transparency about the specific costs involved.
Storage
Once your project materials have been ordered and recieved, they are stored within our climate controlled warehouse. Temperature and humidity levels are regulated to create an optimal environment for storing flooring. With proper storage in our warehouse, our flooring is prepared to transition seamlessly from our facility to your home, ensuring quality and convenience every step of the way.
Delivery
Once installation has been scheduled, we are ready to deliver the material to your home. Trained delivery staff transport the flooring to the customer's home, where it is unloaded with caution, ensuring no damage to the property. We inspect the material to make sure our installation team is ready to start.
